Engineered Around Thermal Stability
Every brew group on the Slim Jim is welded directly to its own 0.8L, 316L stainless steel coffee boiler — a saturated group design that keeps puck temperature virtually identical to the PID-set boiler temperature. An intelligent thermo-syphon pre-heats incoming water through the steam boiler’s internal heat exchanger, while an electronic sensor at the distribution block fine-tunes temperature with cold-water injection, even during rush hour.
