Frequently Asked

How soon can we start after booking?
Once you pay the advance, we typically start within 7 to 10 days. This depends on your site readiness and equipment availability. We will confirm the exact start date during onboarding.
Do you help with equipment procurement?
Yes. All plans include equipment guidance. We will recommend machines and grinders based on your volume projections and budget, and connect you with trusted vendors including our own Brewlyn machine range.
What if we need more training after the package ends?
Additional training is available at ₹1,200 per hour. We also offer custom retainer packages for ongoing support if you want us involved on a longer-term basis.
Can you work with existing cafés looking to upgrade?
Absolutely. The Specialty and Premium plans are particularly well suited for existing cafés that want to elevate their coffee program, streamline operations, or introduce specialty offerings.
Do you work outside Bengaluru?
Yes, we work pan-India. For projects outside Bengaluru, the client covers travel, accommodation, and local transport costs. We have launched cafés across multiple states.
Is this the same team that runs Westend Coffee?
Yes. Takumi Consulting is the professional arm of Westend Coffee Private Limited. Our consultants are the same people who built and operate Westend's cafés in Bengaluru and Mysuru. You are getting advice from people with real operator experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
