Description
A spring lever, tuned by precision electronics
Traditional lever machines reward skill but punish inconsistency, and Indian water rarely forgives an under-engineered boiler. The Spiritello espresso machine pairs a hand-pulled spring lever with PID-controlled dual boilers, so every pull tastes as good as the last.
Hydraulic engineering, not guesswork
Every Spiritello espresso machine is built around a saturated group fused to a 0.8L coffee boiler, itself pre-heated by a steam-boiler heat exchanger. Cold mains water never shocks the group. The result is a machine that holds brew temperature through back-to-back pulls, whether it’s a single flat white or a full café rush.

Built to outlast Indian water
- 316L stainless steel boilers resist aggressive, mineral-heavy water far longer than brass.
- Crevice-free internal welds cut corrosion risk over years of daily use.
- Independent boiler toggles and ball-valve draining simplify maintenance.
- Nearly tenfold lower heat loss than brass keeps warmth at the puck, not the room.
What makes the Spiritello espresso machine different
Dual 316L Boilers
A 0.8L PID-controlled coffee boiler (450W) and a 3.5L steam boiler (dual 900W spirals) run independently for stable brew and steam temperatures.
Saturated Group Design
Group and coffee boiler are fused into a single 0.8L mass, pre-heated via a steam-boiler heat exchanger for near-brew-temperature water at the puck.
PEEK-Piston Lever
The spring-lever group uses a heat-neutral PEEK piston to prevent temperature loss and residue buildup, with pre-infusion adjustable from 1.5 to 4 bar.
Silent Brewing Mode
At 3 bar or higher mains pressure, the internal rotary pump can be disengaged for a fully silent, spring-powered extraction.
Double-Walled Steam Wand
A PEEK-tipped, double-walled wand delivers powerful, PID-controlled steam without scorching or sticking milk.
Digital Hot Water Control
A mix-manifold blends boiling and cold water for spatter-free dispensing, with temperature and quantity set via digital display.
- Water Tank: 3.5L integrated 316L stainless steel reservoir
- Pump: Internal stainless steel rotary pump, 180W, continuous duty
- Power: Up to 2,720W (240V) / down to 2,050W (230V, reduced setting)
- Electrical: 220–240V, 50–60Hz, single phase
Spiritello espresso machine, answered
Is the Spiritello suitable for a busy café counter?
Yes. Its dual boilers, continuous-duty rotary pump, and thermally efficient 316L construction are built for sustained volume, not just home brewing.
Can I brew without pump noise?
If your mains water pressure is 3 bar or above, you can disengage the pump and pull shots purely on the lever’s spring mechanism for silent operation.
Does 316L stainless steel need special water care?
316L resists aggressive water far better than brass, but we still recommend filtered water in India’s variable water-hardness regions for long-term boiler health.
How does the saturated group affect flavour?
Pre-heating incoming water through the steam boiler heat exchanger means the coffee boiler receives near-brew-temperature water, reducing temperature swings shot to shot.
Can I control pre-infusion manually?
Yes, an adjustable knob lets you set pre-infusion pressure between 1.5 and 4 bar before the pump takes over saturation and extraction.
A lever machine for serious counters and serious homes
The Spiritello espresso machine suits Indian cafés that demand consistency under volume and home brewers who want hands-on lever control backed by professional-grade thermal engineering. It rewards technique without punishing inconsistency.
